We are thrilled to have you join the iPILOT family! Here’s a look at your journey to becoming an emapowered partner and ensuring your success with iPILOT.

As a partner, your organization will identify champions for essential supporting roles. Each of these roles will complete the preparation and learning checklist below. In the first stages, all will gain foundational knowledge on your customers, what iPILOT offers, and how it can be deployed within your organization. After these foundational steps are complete, the champions for two essential roles will need to be defined as the partner learning path will branch accordingly.

Schedule initial iPILOT Sales Training. Prior to this session all of your org’s Sales champions will need to have completed the proceeding steps. This session occurs at one time for your group, not individually.

Successfully complete onboarding of one customer. You will be supported by the iPILOT Sales Team to achieve this final step. Once complete, you will now rely on your organization’s newly acquired skills to sale and support your customers through iPILOT.

Once this first onboarding has been completed, you will receive the iPILOT Sales Partner Certification. This certificate is given individually only to those who completed all proceeding steps.

Note: As you onboard and train future iPILOT champions, there will not be additional one-on-one trainings or meet & greets available. This will be the responsibility of your organization’s previously certified partners. However, all live sessions with the initial training group will be recorded for your use at any time. All exams, courses and reference documentation also remains accessible. Future champions will need to complete the final exam in order to receive their certificate.
